Pen to Paper is a high-end design and calligraphy boutique in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with a passion for paper and artisanry.
With a great affinity for floral motifs and ornaments, classic architecture, and the timelessness of written words, we find joy in creating artistic, thoughtful designs and bringing them to life. Through an intimate collaboration with couples and their wedding vendors, each design is created from the ground up and with an unwavering attention to detail.
Through fine stationery, that expresses their love story and personalities, couples leave their guests with a lasting impression of their most special day and new life together. An impression that begins at the letterbox. Exquisite paper goods that also their loved ones can treasure and admire endlessly throughout the years.
What we do
I am passionate about calligraphy, illustration and paper. I design romantic and artful paper goods for bridal couples and other special celebrations. I truly enjoy being able to help them create wonderful tangible mementos of their special day through their wedding invitations. Together, we create truly unique, personal and meaningful details for their wedding. It is my wish to help you celebrate your love.
Whenever I am not busy creating illustrations or designs, you can find me traveling with my family to discover new places in the Netherlands and around the world, and honing my photography 'skills' with an analogue camera. Also, I just love the smell of old paper.
My heart skips a beat when it comes to flowers ā in case it wasn't already obvious ā and finding antique pieces. Dusty and weathered, but beautiful and full of stories.
